The hillside  was cut back six feet to create this patio dining space.

This set of stairs was added to connect the Family Room to the Kitchen. The tiles used on the riser were a unique mix of patterns.

This airy and seemingly spacious Guest Room is built on top of a one-car garage.

​It also has a private bathroom.

A one car garage is added to the existing house.

The front patio and garages are new additions to balance the mass and the height of the existing structure.

Simply framing the shower enclosure with tile gives this bathroom a new focal point and theme.
