Walls were removed to create a much larger Kitchen and Family Room.  More closets and storages areas were added, and the large island was where the family gather.

HUDSON AVENUE

A pied-de-terre well located in the heart of the city.  The challenge is to bring out the character and add more dimension to the facade, and to remodel the outdated kitchen and interior floor plan.

Using the same theory as applying facial make up, colors and a stencil design were painted on the surface to add dimension.  Awning were also added for the shadow effect.
